1. I’m a Pisces through and through. Obsessive, vague, emotional, helpful, compassionate, paranoid, and easily swayed. I fucking love astrology. Fucking love it.
2. I ship everything. Everything. E V E R Y T H I N G. There are definitely some ships that I like more than others, but I multiship shamelessly, and I’m actually easily hurt when people rail against shipping. Not that everyone has to ship what I ship—if you don’t find a particular ship appealing, that’s fine! But when someone actively rails against a ship or insists that it’s OOC or perverted or wrong to ship your ship? I can’t handle that. Same-sex, May-December, incest, cross-species, whatever… I firmly believe that every ship is beautiful if you look at it in the right way!
3. I still freak out (in a good way!) when I see my Original Character(s) in other people’s posts. Seriously! From RPs to offhand mentions to discussions… Just… guh! I still get so flattered and flustered and awed and grateful that I practically fall out of my chair or drop my mobile. Just this morning I saw Trick casually mentioned in an RP he isn’t even involved in and I practically turned into Foaming Mouth Guy. Want to make me grin from ear-to-ear and love you forever? Subtly slip the name “Trick” into your post and I’ll lose my mind, guaran-freaking-teed.
4. My favorite food is SANDWICHES. They are basically the perfect food. Want some breakfast? Egg, sausage and cheese on a biscuit. Or salmon and cream cheese on a bagel. Want some lunch? Good ol’ deli slices and your favorite veggies and dressing. Or chicken salad on rye. Or turkey, pesto and mayo. Or even classic PB&J with a glass of cold milk! Want some dinner? Slice yourself up some strip steak and smother that fucker in cheese, all on a toasted bun. Deep fry yourself a ham sandwich and have a melty, creamy Monte Cristo. French dips! Cheesesteaks! Po’ Boys! Submarines! Ready for dessert? FUCKING ICE CREAM SANDWICHES. HELLS TO THE YEAH. SANDWICHES.
5. Bioware games are an obsession of mine because the ability to create your own character, make your own choices and tell your own story throughout their games really draws me in. The role-play potential in their games is just astounding. Back in the day, I had fourteen Wardens successfully complete DA:O. Eight Champions complete DA2. Six Shepards Through ME1, ME2 and ME3. (The end of ME3, BTW, crushed me emotionally and spiritually. I am but a husk of my former self.) Right now I have twelve active characters in the Star Wars MMO, The Old Republic and if anyone wants to play that game with me, just give me a shout, I would love that!
6. Christmas is my favorite time of year. I’m literally that holly-jolly pain in the ass person who gets way into the Christmas spirit and skips down the street singing carols despite the protest of millions.
7. I’m twenty-five and I’m afraid that I’m getting too old for fandom. I don’t want to be that creepy older lady who makes everyone else uncomfortable with her motherly ways and outdated phrases… Guh, I’m legitimately afraid that within a few years, no one in fandom will want to RP or interact with me because they’ll feel so awkward interacting with an old fogey that they’ll just run away. (There’s my Piscean paranoia again…)
8. I’ve always wanted to be a Disney Princess face-character at Disneyland, even if just for one day. That was my dream as a child, which I’ve carried into adulthood. Sadly, I’m waaaay too tall for that job. Even as a young girl, I clearly dwarfed the princesses, and my mother (who actually worked for Disneyland at the time) flat-out told me that I was too tall to ever be a Disney princess. Ever the glutton for punishment, I attended face-character auditions whilst I was in college (the prime age for Disney face-characters!) and I laughably towered over all the other potential princesses. The ladies there were so short that they had to stand on a chair to record my height. Suffice to say that the roles all went to perfect, petite princesses, and not myself. *sigh* I’m still actually kind of holding on to that dream… I just want to wear the dress and wave to the children, damnit! Come on, Disney, give me a break!
9. I like to ramble, given the slightest provocation.
10. I dream vividly and often. I dream lucidly, and Inception-like “dreams withing dreams” are very common for me. It sounds awesome (and sometimes, it really is!) but more often than not, it’s just exhausting. It feels like my brain never shuts off, like I never really get a time to rest because my sleeping hours are just as “active” as my waking hours… But I kind of love it, and I would be sad if my dreams ever stopped completely. It makes me feel creative and crazy and… did I mention I’m a Pisces? Heh…
